Key West by the Sea Association, Inc. is a 206 unit community located at 2601 S. Roosevelt Blvd., Key West, FL 33040.

The Association was established in 1974 and is located on eight beautifully landscaped acres fronting South Roosevelt Blvd. on Key West's famous Smathers Beach, the largest beach on the island. Our securly gated community includes two large swimming pools, a shuffleboard court, outdoor entertaining areas, and two tennis courts. 

Whether it is beach walking, swimming, bicycling, tennis, sunbathing or just strolling in the warm evening breeze, all is available along the azure Atlantic Ocean with it's perfect sunrises and sunsets.
